ITVDesk ONVIF IP Camera 6.3 released

1. Implemented ONVIF OSD (On-Screen Display) service and added support for control over NVR (Network Video Recorder) for enhanced user interaction.
2. Fixed the URL parsing issue from NVR HikVision, ensuring accurate URL retrieval and handling.
