LifeTime Perpetual Licenses purchased after May 23, 2024 (version: v7.8) are eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version of ITVDesk.
LifeTime Perpetual Licenses purchased before this date are not eligible for free upgrades.
Additionally, users with a Subscription Floating License have no restrictions on upgrades and can always use the latest version.
